announce our affiliation with Monique Snyder, MA. Monique
obtained her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and was one of
the first care managers to obtain the certified geriatric manager
designation in Monterey County. In 1996 she started her own
practice, Geriatric Solutions which provided geriatric care
management to residents of the Monterey Peninsula. She has been an
educator for older adults and their families, consulted for various
national health care companies that provided services to seniors and
helped develop the first on-line assessment tool for
Accentcare.com.
She is a member of the National Association of Professional

Prolonged illness, disability or simply the
